I’m Ethan Hope, a master manual therapist and the founder of Hope Biomechanics. I am a physical therapist, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, and a third-generation healer. With decades of clinical excellence, I combine scientific rigor with deep intuition, guided by both classical training and indigenous wisdom.
My work is rooted in one mission: to help you optimize your body’s natural intelligence, maximize vitality, and forge the strength needed for a life well-lived. I tailor every hands-on treatment and movement prescription to your body, your goals, and your story – because you are the expert on your body.

Born from my own transformation – from chronic pain, illness, and limitation to peak performance – this practice is more than treatment. It’s transcendence.
